Shipping Information
We ship orders within Hungary. Deliveries are made via GLS courier service or, in certain regions, via scheduled delivery routes.

GLS Home Delivery
Most orders are delivered via GLS courier service.

Estimated delivery time: usually 1–3 business days from the date the package is shipped. After your package is shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking information.

Scheduled Delivery
We also offer scheduled delivery in certain regions, where we deliver orders using our own fleet. The schedule is for informational purposes only - monthly variations are possible due to holidays.

Please contact our customer service for the exact delivery date.
Budapest and surrounding areas: every two weeks, on Tuesdays
Southeastern region (Great Plain): the first Thursday of the month
Northeastern region: the second Thursday of the month
Central and Western Transdanubia: the third Thursday of the month
Southern Transdanubia: the fourth Thursday of the month
Routed delivery is not available for all orders and is not considered a time-sensitive service.

Shipping Fee
The shipping fee will be displayed during the ordering process. We cover the shipping fee for orders above a certain amount - please check the ordering page for the exact terms. We do not charge a separate packaging fee.

Damaged Package
If the package arrives damaged, you may refuse to accept it. In this case, please notify us, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Shipping to Other Countries
We currently do not ship outside of Hungary. If you require international shipping, please contact us and we will explore the possibility of a customized solution.
