Shipping Information
We ship orders within Austria. Deliveries are handled by GLS General Logistics Systems.

GLS Home delivery
All orders are delivered via GLS courier service to the specified shipping address.
Estimated delivery time: typically 2–5 business days from the date the package is shipped.

Shipping fee
The shipping fee will be displayed when the order is finalized.
For orders above a certain amount, the shipping fee is covered by the Service Provider - the current threshold is published on the webshop.
We do not charge a separate packaging fee.

Shipping to other countries
If you would like to place an order outside of Austria, please contact us - we will arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.
